Physiotherapy services for children up to 4 years of age

Summary

The tender is for individual physiotherapy consultations and sessions for children up to four years old who are staying with their mothers at Iļģuciema Prison. The service includes assessing each child’s physical and psychomotor development, providing exercises and other appropriate physiotherapy techniques tailored to the child, and advising and practically instructing mothers on everyday childcare. One service unit is an individual consultation or session with one child lasting at least 30 minutes. The maximum volume is 150 units, and payment is made only for services actually delivered and accepted. Services will be provided at the prison from contract signature until 28 February 2029, or until the contract volume or value is reached, whichever occurs first. The provider must supply the equipment needed, coordinate the schedule and submit an anonymised report after each consultation cycle. The bidder must engage at least one registered physiotherapist with a valid professional certificate or authorisation and the required prior experience. The offer must include all service-related costs; the compliant offer with the lowest price excluding VAT will be selected.
