Latvia’s Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs is procuring one industrial disintegrator for the secure, irreversible destruction of invalid identity documents, particularly passports and eID cards. The machine must also process paper, plastic cards, optical and magnetic media. The contract includes delivery to Riga, installation, commissioning and user training, with delivery and installation due by 15 December 2026; there are no lots.
