Summary

This procurement concerns the supply and installation of equipment for physics research laboratory work, divided into five lots: 1) optical tables supply and installation; 2) optical table accessories; 3) a three-axis Helmholtz coil system; 4) a digital oscilloscope with accessories and a DC laboratory power supply; 5) a dual-channel function generator. The total estimated contract price is EUR 106,660 excluding VAT. The contract will be performed at multiple Riga addresses (Lot 1 at Jelgavas iela 3 and Šķūņu iela 4; Lots 2–5 at Jelgavas iela 1–323). Bids may be submitted for one or more lots. The procurement is conducted as an open competition under the Public Procurement Law; bids must include a technical and financial offer, evidence of qualifications and experience, and compliance with tender documents. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender per lot or for the overall object.
