Technical support and administration of the telephone network quality control system components

Summary

This procurement concerns the Sabiedrisko pakalpojumu regulēšanas komisija (SPRK) telephone network quality control system components’ technical support and administration. The supplier shall provide technical support, maintenance and administration for all system components for a 12-month term, in accordance with the technical specification. The estimated contract value is up to 15,000 EUR excluding VAT. The work will be performed at SPRK’s address, Skanstes iela 25, Riga. Bidders may submit offers for partial or full scope; variants are allowed.
