Provision of construction supervision services at sites in Ogre

Summary

The tender concerns construction supervision services at four hospital sites in Ogre: Slimnīcas iela 1, Slimnīcas iela 1A, Slimnīcas iela 2 and Turkalnes iela 15. The supervision covers simplified façade restoration and construction works at several sites. The service starts when construction works begin and continues until the sites are commissioned; the planned construction period is 6 months for each site. The buildings will remain operational during the works. The bidder must engage certified construction supervision specialists and demonstrate the responsible supervisor’s experience in supervising construction at medical institutions during the last 3 years. The required qualification and experience evidence, site inspection confirmation, technical offer and financial offer must be submitted. The price must also cover documentation and reporting, entries in the construction information system, taxes and other costs related to performing the service. The offer must be submitted electronically in Latvian through the procurement system by 23 September 2026. Price is the only stated substantive evaluation basis. The service also includes supervision during the warranty period; the warranty period for the sites is at least 5 years.
