Maintenance of the shared platform for state and municipal websites

Summary

The State Chancellery of Latvia is procuring maintenance and development services for the shared website platform used by state and municipal institutions. For 36 months, the contractor will ensure continuous operation, incident and problem management, bug fixes, security and software updates, accessibility, performance monitoring, advice and technical and user support, as well as implement requested changes, integrations and new or improved functions. The procurement is a single, undivided service, with a total ceiling of EUR 279,000 excluding VAT: up to EUR 167,400 for maintenance and EUR 111,600 for changes. Handover and transition support for a successor provider must be provided during the final three months if needed.
