Supply of a real-time quantitative PCR system for the Applied Research Laboratory

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a new real-time quantitative PCR system for the Applied Research Laboratory of the Spanish Ministry of Defence. The estimated contract value is EUR 22,500 excluding VAT, with a maximum budget of EUR 27,225 including 21% VAT. The contract must be completed within 60 days of signature and in any event before 30 November 2026; the structured notice gives 20 September 2026 as the submission deadline. The supply must include installation, commissioning, functional verification, user training, digital manuals, transport and a minimum two-year warranty. Price is the only award criterion and carries up to 100 points. The bid must cover the entire contract, show VAT separately and be submitted electronically in one electronic envelope. The equipment must be delivered complete and ready for use, and defective goods must be replaced within no more than 10 days at the supplier’s expense.
