Supply and installation of a spruce structure

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation and possible decoration of a large spruce-shaped structure for Jūrmala City Administration. The structure must be delivered and installed on 19–20 November 2026 near the intersection of Jomas and Ātrā streets in Majori, Jūrmala. The bid deadline is 21 September 2026 at 12:00, and no bid guarantee is required. The structure must be 16.5–17.0 metres high without decorative elements and at least 17.5 metres high with branches or decoration, with a diameter of 6.0–6.5 metres. It must be made of galvanized steel or an equivalent material, have a load-bearing capacity of at least 600 kg, withstand temperatures from –30 °C to +35 °C and wind speeds of up to 30 m/s, and include a safe, transportable sectional design. The bidder may offer natural branches or trees, artificial branches, or both; the contracting authority may select one option or none. The lowest compliant total contract price is the award criterion. The bidder must demonstrate relevant completed experience, submit the required technical and financial offers, provide the specified drawings and technical descriptions, and submit the required declarations. A 10% performance guarantee is required after contract award.
