FT-NIR spectrometer

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a modular FT-NIR spectrometer system for analysing solid, powdered and granular food and feed samples. The system must include diffuse-reflectance measurement using an integrating sphere, suitable control and evaluation software, IT integration, on-site instruction for up to four people, an electronic German- or English-language manual, software updates for at least two years and spare-parts availability for at least ten years. Mandatory technical requirements include a spectral range of at least 11,500–4,000 cm⁻¹, adjustable optical resolution down to at least 2 cm⁻¹, wavelength accuracy better than 0.1 cm⁻¹, RMS repeatability better than 0.006 cm⁻¹ and photometric accuracy better than 0.1% transmission. Delivery is due within four weeks of contract conclusion, and the offer must include the completed price sheet and required bidder declaration. Optional online instruction in statistical evaluation and calibration creation, validated food-matrix calibrations and certain environmentally preferable transport solutions may receive positive evaluation.
