Supply of implants required for spinal surgery

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of implants required for spinal surgery to RĒZEKNES SLIMNĪCA in Latvia. It is divided into four lots: lumbar implants, cervical implants, an occipital-cervical-thoracic fixation system, and other spinal implants. A bidder may submit an offer for one, several, or all lots, but must offer the complete quantity within each selected lot. The contract term is 12 calendar months and the deadline is 21 September 2026. The estimated total value is up to EUR 40,512 excluding VAT: EUR 11,400 for the lumbar lot, EUR 11,019 for the cervical lot, EUR 7,013 for the occipital-cervical-thoracic fixation system, and EUR 11,080 for other spinal implants. The lowest price excluding VAT is the only award criterion for each lot separately. The bidder must submit the application, a complete technical offer and a financial offer electronically through the EIS e-tendering environment. The products must be new, original products in the manufacturer’s original packaging, bear CE marking and comply with Regulation (EU) 2017/745. The supplier must provide the required product information and catalogues and, during contract performance, supply the necessary instruments and training without additional charge.
