Camera supply for development projects

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of camera equipment for development projects, divided into three lots: additions to studio cameras, additions to outside-broadcast filming equipment, and additions to a robotic camera set. The estimated total value is up to EUR 115,700 excluding VAT: EUR 50,700 for Lot 1, EUR 34,100 for Lot 2 and EUR 30,900 for Lot 3. A bidder may apply for one or more lots and must submit one variant covering the full scope of each selected lot. Delivery must be completed within two months after the contract enters into force, at Zaķusalas krastmala 33, Riga. The minimum warranty period is 24 months. Bidders must provide an electronic, signed tender in Latvian, including the required application, technical offer and financial offer. The bidder must be an authorised distributor or cooperation partner of the relevant manufacturer and an authorised warranty-service provider. The equipment must be new, unused, supplied in original factory packaging and compliant with EU standards. Equivalent equipment is permitted if its compatibility and compliance with all technical requirements are demonstrated. The award is based on price, maximum energy consumption and warranty period: up to 85 points for price, 5 points for energy consumption and 10 points for warranty. A 48-month warranty receives 10 points, 36 months receives 5 points and 24 months receives 0 points.
