Repairs to municipal buildings

Summary

The procurement covers repair works at two buildings in Cēsis municipality: Lot 1 concerns the building at Raunas iela 1, and Lot 2 the building at Raunas iela 8. A bidder may apply for one or both lots, but its offer must cover the full scope of the relevant lot. The works must follow the technical specification and be completed within one month of contract signing. The works must carry a warranty of at least 36 months. Offers are evaluated separately for each lot, and the lowest-priced compliant offer is selected. To participate, bidders must demonstrate the required business and construction-sector registrations and experience completing at least one comparable construction contract involving interior repair works during 2021–2026. The contract must be completed before the bid is submitted. The contract requires a certified works manager and a health and safety coordinator with the specified qualifications. Bidders must inspect the site before submitting an offer and include the signed inspection form. The offer must include, among other items, a technical offer, a financial offer and a construction cost estimate. Prices must be stated in euros excluding VAT, with VAT shown separately.
