Framework agreement for event organisation – Lot 1: Technical event reception management services

Summary

Les Arts décoratifs is procuring a single-award framework agreement for technical event reception management services at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs and the Musée Nissim de Camondo in Paris. The service covers operational coordination and on-site representation for private events, including receptions, dinners, product launches, fashion shows, showrooms, meetings, conferences and filming. The framework has no minimum amount, a maximum value of EUR 500,000 excluding VAT, and an initial 12-month term that may be renewed three times, up to a total of four years. This procurement covers Lot 1 only.
