Supply of Various Fuels, Additives and Associated Services (7 Lots)

Summary

GrandAngoulême’s GrAP purchasing centre is procuring fuels, additives and related services for its members under a seven-lot framework agreement running from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The lots cover bulk deliveries of diesel, petrol, domestic heating oil, off-road diesel, HVO100 fuel and AdBlue-type additive, as well as fuel purchases at service stations using payment cards. The four-year maximum order values are €8,000,000, €800,000, €200,000, €4,000,000, €15,000,000, €400,000 and €1,500,000 respectively, excluding VAT.
