Summary

The procurement covers insurance services for the La Rochelle area and city in five separate lots: property damage and related risks for the agglomeration, property damage and related risks for the city, damage to computer and electronic equipment and operational risks, damage to valuable and/or exhibition objects, and damage to musical instruments. A separate contract will be awarded for each lot; bids may be submitted for up to all five lots, with one bid permitted per lot. The planned service period is five years from 1 January 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by 17:00 on 14 October 2026 and remain valid for six months. A risk inspection may be arranged at candidates’ request; requests must be made no later than 20 working days before the bid deadline.
