Maintenance and supply of spare parts for laundry equipment

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of laundry equipment and the supply of spare parts for GHT 72 hospitals, divided into nine lots. The lots concern maintenance of washing-area, finishing-area and laundry equipment; spare parts; conveyor belts, felts and accessories; and maintenance or spare parts for Electrolux, Kannegiesser, Metricon and Lavatec equipment. The framework agreement runs for 48 months and provides for three renewals; its maximum value including all renewals is EUR 3,025,000 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 14 October 2026. For lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9, visits to the relevant sites are mandatory unless the bidder provides evidence that it has adequate knowledge of the places where the contract will be performed. In general, the award criteria are price (60%), technical merit (35%) and sustainability (5%); for lot 5, the respective weights are 40%, 55% and 5%.
