Electronic voting system

Summary

France’s National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) is procuring a single-lot framework agreement for the provision of an electronic voting system and support for organising, preparing and conducting CNRS elections. The system must be hosted in a SecnumCloud-qualified environment or under an equivalent European standard. The single-supplier framework agreement will initially run for one year and may be renewed three times for one year each; its maximum total value is EUR 600,000 excluding VAT, with an estimated value of EUR 300,000 excluding VAT.
