Plaine Commune is procuring event services in its territory under a two-lot framework agreement with an initial term of 24 months, renewable twice for 12 months. Lot 1 covers the rental of sound, staging, lighting and audiovisual equipment, technical and staging support, assistance with event documentation, and delivery, installation, operation and dismantling; its value over the full term is EUR 200,000–1,200,000 excluding VAT.
