Physical security services for a cultural centre in Warsaw

Summary

The procurement is for physical security services for people and property at the Dom Kultury “Dorożkarnia” building and its adjacent grounds at Siekierkowska 28, Warsaw. The contractor must provide continuous cover with one security officer on post at a time, control access, patrol the building and grounds, respond to threats and call the relevant emergency or law-enforcement services when necessary. During public opening hours, the officer also serves as a first point of contact, and the service includes tasks such as key logging and, to the agreed extent, cloakroom assistance. The base service runs from 14 November 2026 at 22:30 until 14 November 2027 at 06:30, for 4,728 working hours; the contracting authority guarantees at least 4,255.2 hours. It may also order up to 601.5 additional hours on the same terms, continuing the service between 14 November and 31 December 2027. The bid must cover the service as a whole; bids for individual lots are not permitted. Price accounts for 70% of the score and the experience of the personnel assigned to the service for 30%. Everyone carrying out direct physical security duties must be employed under an employment relationship.
