Fire safety and security services for the La Noria cultural district

The tender concerns fire safety, security, and the protection of people and property at the La Noria cultural district in Ollioules. The site includes a four-level underground car park with 746 spaces, a cultural venue, and the immediate surrounding areas. If full opening approval has not been granted by the start of the contract, the contractor must provide for use of the 107 spaces on level R-1 with one SSIAP 1 fire safety officer on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Once the entire site is open, the contractor must provide one SSIAP 1 officer and one security guard on a continuous basis, with additional SSIAP 1 and SSIAP 3 officers, security guards, and event security staff available when requested by the municipality. The work also includes assisting the municipality with the preparation for and proceedings of fire safety commission visits, and familiarising staff with the site’s technical equipment.
