Fuel supply to the City of Fourmies under a framework agreement

Summary

The City of Fourmies is procuring fuel in three lots under a framework agreement lasting up to three years. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, runs initially for one year and may be renewed twice. Estimated demand is 6,000 litres of GNR per year. The annual minimum value is EUR 10,000 and the maximum is EUR 13,000. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 noon on 12 October 2026. Bidders may submit offers for all three lots; no tender guarantee is required. Evaluation considers price, technical quality, delivery times and environmental performance, with different weightings by lot. For Lot 1, the stated weightings are 30% for price, 30% for technical quality and 40% for environmental performance. For Lot 2, they are 60% for price, 15% for technical quality, 15% for delivery time and 10% for environmental performance.
