Conversion of an exhibition room into an artwork storage facility at FRAC Bretagne

Summary

The Region of Brittany is procuring works to convert the 360 m² C2 exhibition room on the second upper floor of FRAC Bretagne in Rennes into a secure, public-inaccessible storage room for artworks. The six lots cover interior joinery; storage furniture, grids and racks; dry partitions and fire protection; heating, ventilation and air conditioning; electrical, low-voltage and fire-safety systems; and painting. The works also include fire-safety upgrades, improvements to airtightness and air treatment, and adaptations to lighting and alarm systems. The overall execution period is four months, including one month for preparation.
