Air compensation system and energy-efficiency renovation at the Bordeaux Institute of Condensed Matter Chemistry

Summary

CNRS is procuring works to install a temperature-controlled air compensation system throughout the Bordeaux Institute of Condensed Matter Chemistry laboratory and improve the building’s energy performance in Pessac. The contract is divided into 10 lots covering structural and external works, building services, laboratory equipment, electrical works and building management and supervision systems. The estimated contract value is €3.7 million and the duration is 38 months.
