Installation, rental and maintenance of four LED display panels and development of a mobile app

Summary

The Municipality of Coutras is procuring a single, unpartitioned contract for a coordinated digital communications solution: four LED information panels—three single-sided and one double-sided—and a mobile app. The contract covers supplying, installing, renting and maintaining the panels, developing and operating the app, providing a shared remote management platform, connecting the components, and offering user support and training. Removal of the four existing panels is an optional additional service. The contract lasts seven years and has an allocated budget of €170,000 excluding VAT.
