Adaptation of substations and boiler rooms in the Docks and Gare development areas (Ris-Orangis)

Summary

SPL SEER is procuring works to adapt existing heating substations and boiler rooms in the Docks and Gare development areas in Ris-Orangis, as part of the extension of its geothermal district-heating network. The two lots each cover 14 sites: Lot 1 includes the biomass plant, and Lot 2 the geothermal plant. The works include design, supply, delivery, storage and installation of hydraulic, electrical and control systems, associated dismantling, and assistance with commissioning; each contract may last up to 12 months, with all installations to be commissioned by 15 October 2027.
