Design services for undergrounding utilities and upgrading streets

Summary

Orléans Métropole is procuring design and project-management services for undergrounding utility networks and upgrading five streets in Orléans: Rue Général Duportail, Rue Jules Lemaître, Rue Ferdinand Buisson, Rue de la Poule and Rue Pierre 1er de Serbie. The single, non-renewable contract covers seven phases, from diagnosis and preliminary and detailed design through procurement assistance, design compliance review, construction supervision and assistance with handover and the defects-liability period. The estimated construction cost is €1,500,000 excluding VAT.
