Phase II renovation works and replacement of fume cupboards and asbestos-containing laboratory worktops

Summary

INRAE is procuring the phase II renovation of premises at its Colmar site, including the replacement of fume cupboards and asbestos-containing laboratory worktops. The works are divided into four separate lots: asbestos removal and fume cupboards/worktops; demolition, partitions, suspended ceilings, painting and internal/external joinery; heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical works; and flexible floor coverings. Depending on the lot, optional work includes replacing two fume cupboards, installing ventilation in offices, creating façade openings and air-conditioning laboratories. The estimated total value is €554,000.
