Marne-au-Bois SPL is procuring works to deconstruct and demolish the workshops, warehouses and offices at 89–93 Rue Pierre Grange in Fontenay-sous-Bois. The single-lot contract covers site setup, strip-out, asbestos removal, deconstruction and demolition, removal of a tank, excavation and management of impacted soil, material reuse and reinstatement of the site. The main scope is complete demolition; the contract also includes a separately priced scope limited to 0.50 m below ground level while retaining the basement, an optional later demolition of the meter room, and variable services paid at unit rates. The complete demolition is scheduled for 15 weeks, including 4 weeks of preparation and 11 weeks of works; the optional tranche is scheduled for 3 weeks.
