Summary

The Orne Department is procuring project management and design services for renovation works on the dam at Étang des Saints Pères in Saint-Evroult-Notre-Dame-du-Bois. The fixed-fee services cover diagnosis, design, tendering support, design review, construction supervision and handover, including a prior-authorisation file for works near protected heritage; additional hourly services may be ordered under a framework arrangement capped at EUR 30,000 excluding VAT.
