Framework agreement for hosted IT infrastructure, VPN connectivity, IT equipment, software licences and related services

Summary

ANRU is procuring a two-lot framework agreement for IT services and supplies. Lot 1 covers hosted IT infrastructure, VPN connectivity, internet access, security and monitoring services, telephony, migration, deployment, maintenance and support. Lot 2 covers computer equipment and software licences, including related deployment and configuration services. The order-based component is capped at €300,000 excluding VAT per year for Lot 1 and €175,000 excluding VAT per year for Lot 2; the maximum duration is six years for Lot 1 and four years for Lot 2.
