Road and utility network maintenance, upkeep and spot works

Summary

The City of Pantin is procuring a single-supplier, single-lot framework agreement for routine and occasional maintenance and repair works on roads and other public infrastructure, with orders placed as needed. The scope covers carriageways, pavements, parking areas, cycle paths, drainage and other utility networks, and street furniture. The maximum value is €5 million excluding VAT per contract period; the initial period runs until 31 December 2027, with up to three one-year renewals ending no later than 31 December 2030.
