Support for metropolitan authorities in assessing urban overheating and defining adaptation measures
Summary
The Métropole du Grand Paris is procuring a single-supplier, no-lot framework agreement to support 10–15 metropolitan municipalities or territorial public establishments with urban heat vulnerability assessments and practical adaptation recommendations. The work includes staff and elected-official training, mapping and prioritisation of vulnerable public spaces, possible complementary field measurements, and adaptation proposals for one selected development site per participating authority. Deliverables also include programme-wide reporting and dissemination, with optional short training, prioritisation workshops and rapid reviews for authorities not selected for the full programme. The agreement runs for an initial three years, renewable once for one year; its initial-period value is between €60,000 and €450,000 excluding VAT, with a renewal-period maximum of €200,000 excluding VAT.
