Renovation and reconstruction of Saint-Exupéry secondary school in Vincennes

Summary

The Val-de-Marne Department is procuring the design, construction and eight-year maintenance of the new Saint-Exupéry secondary school in Vincennes, under a contract with a firm and an optional phase. The works include the complete renovation of buildings A and D and part of building B, construction of a new building on the site of demolished building E, reconstruction of the demolished part of building B with maximum reuse of salvaged façade materials, and complete refurbishment of the outdoor areas. The estimated contract value is EUR 17,083,333.
