The Réunion University Hospital is procuring construction works for a 118-room residential care facility for dependent older people at the Viaduc site in Saint-Paul. The project includes three living units, a dedicated Alzheimer’s care unit, temporary accommodation, a day-care service, care and support facilities, logistics and technical premises, a hair salon, a social-care salon, a dining area and a shop. The works are divided into 14 lots covering earthworks and demolition; structural, roofing and finishing works; doors and windows; electrical, plumbing, fire safety, climate control and ventilation; lifts; photovoltaic generation; landscaping; and water mist. The estimated total value is EUR 18.39 million, and the planned contract period is 53 months.
