Support for managing the Land and Water action plan and protecting water quality

Summary

The Syndicat des Eaux d’Île-de-France (SEDIF) is procuring project-management support for the 2026–2031 action plan to restore and protect water quality at the Fosse de Melun and Lower Yerres Valley water abstraction sites. The six-year, single-lot service contract covers coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the action plan, support for field coordinators, and delivery of a communications plan. Additional communication services may be ordered as needed, up to a total ceiling of EUR 40,000 excluding VAT; the final phase includes follow-up and completion reporting through 2032.
