Digitisation of archival collections

Summary

The Nord Department Council is procuring the digitisation of archival collections under a four-year framework agreement divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers textual, illustrative and photographic archival documents, with a maximum value of EUR 283,333.33 excluding VAT. Lot 2 covers audiovisual and/or sound archival documents, with a maximum value of EUR 50,000 excluding VAT. Each lot is a single-operator framework agreement implemented through purchase orders and subsequent contracts.
