Temporary agency staffing services

Summary

The French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) is procuring temporary agency staffing under a single-lot framework agreement. Assignments may cover temporary replacement, vacancies, increased activity and occasional or seasonal needs, mainly for category B and C administrative, archival, accounting and customer-service roles, with occasional company nurse and rare category A positions. The framework has no minimum order value and a maximum of EUR 740,000 excluding VAT per period; it runs initially from 3 March to 31 December 2027 and may be renewed three times for one year, through 31 December 2030. Assignments will mainly be in Courbevoie, Lille and Compiègne, with occasional work at other INPI sites in France.
