Demolition works for buildings of the Collectivity of Saint Martin

Summary

The Collectivity of Saint Martin is procuring a 36-month framework agreement for the total or partial demolition of its buildings and of third-party buildings subject to danger or safety orders. The works include site preparation, demolition, ancillary masonry, sorting, removal and recovery of waste, and reinstatement of sites; asbestos-containing materials are covered by a separate contract. The framework has no minimum value and a maximum value of €3,000,000, with up to three contractors receiving orders in rotation. The first order concerns the former Bord de Mer school in Marigot.
