Study of organic aromatic, culinary and medicinal plant processing in France and foreign competition

Summary

GIP Agence BIO is commissioning a 15-month study of the processing of organic aromatic, culinary and medicinal plants in France and foreign competition. The study will examine processing of several plant species, identify the sector’s strengths and weaknesses, and explore ways to broaden market opportunities and improve the competitiveness of the French sector. It will also identify and describe the main foreign competitors for each species and, where possible, present trade flows to and from France. The study will draw on existing research and is divided into one lot.
