Preventive maintenance of Laval Agglomération buildings

Summary

Laval Agglomération is procuring preventive maintenance services for its buildings through a single-supplier framework agreement divided into seven lots. The lots cover heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and hot-water equipment; fire-fighting equipment; automatic doors and controls; category A and B fire-safety systems; intrusion and fire detection systems; Legionella sampling and analysis; and periodic regulatory inspections of electrical, gas, fire-safety and lift systems. The framework is scheduled to run from 2027 and may be renewed annually three times; the maximum annual amounts are €59,500 for Lot 1, €7,500 for Lot 2, €7,500 for Lot 3, €16,500 for Lot 4, €17,000 for Lot 5, €6,500 for Lot 6 and €18,500 for Lot 7, excluding VAT.
