Supply of water-treatment products for public swimming pools, basins and fountains

Summary

The City of Salon-de-Provence is procuring, under a framework agreement, products for treating the water in public swimming pools, basins and fountains to meet public-health requirements. Orders will be placed through purchase orders during the agreement. The initial period runs from 1 January 2027, or from later notification if applicable, to 31 December 2027. It is automatically renewable up to three times for 12 months each, for a maximum total term of four years. The minimum and maximum values, excluding VAT, are EUR 5,000 and EUR 40,000 per annual period, and EUR 20,000 and EUR 160,000 respectively for the full contract. The deadline for tenders is 30 October 2026 at 17:00. The tender must include the price schedule, a technical and environmental memorandum, product technical and safety data sheets, catalogues and price lists. A clearly identified free sample is required for every product offered in the price schedule. Tenders are evaluated on price (50%), technical quality (30%) and environmental performance (20%). Candidates must provide turnover information for the last three years and references for comparable supplies; no minimum turnover or number of references is specified. Tenders must be submitted electronically in French and in euros and remain valid for 120 days. Variants are not permitted.
