Rental and maintenance of refrigerated vehicles

Summary

The Municipality of Franconville-la-Garenne is procuring, in a single-lot framework agreement, the rental without a driver and maintenance of three refrigerated vehicles for municipal catering deliveries. The vehicles may be new or used with no more than 30,000 km on the odometer; the service includes 24/7 comprehensive insurance, mandatory inspections, scheduled servicing, maintenance and assistance for the vehicles and refrigerated bodies, and replacement vehicles where necessary. Each vehicle has a monthly allowance of 1,200 km. The initial term is 12 months, with up to three 12-month renewals, for a maximum term of 48 months; the estimated value is €240,000.
