Technical integration, support and administration of the JULIE software development platform

Summary

The tender concerns the technical integration, support and administration of Ineris’s JULIE software development platform, which uses GitLab, SonarQube and Harbor. The work covers platform onboarding and handover, technical support and administration, creating and improving DevOps and CI/CD solutions, security and quality controls, development projects, advisory services and training, as well as transferring the service at the end of the contract. The initial onboarding phase must be completed within 30 calendar days from 1 December 2026 or from a later contract notification date. The framework agreement is for one supplier; its estimated total value is EUR 280,000 and its term runs from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028, with up to two possible extensions.
