Supply of permanent and temporary road signs for the Sarthe Department

Summary

The Sarthe Department is purchasing two categories of road signs: permanent and temporary signs. A framework agreement with one supplier will be concluded for each lot, with goods ordered through individual purchase orders. Bidders may submit tenders for both lots, but may be awarded a contract for no more than one lot. The per-period ceiling is EUR 542,000 excluding VAT for permanent signs and EUR 132,000 excluding VAT for temporary signs. The framework agreements may run until 30 June 2030. Bids must be submitted electronically by 5 November 2026 at 11:30, together with a free sample of each item listed in the tender documents’ annex. Price accounts for 50% of the evaluation, technical merit for 40%, and environmental merit for 10%.
