Acquisition of a new 26-tonne combined sewer jetting and suction truck

Summary

The procurement is for a new combined sewer jetting and suction truck on a 26-tonne, 6x2-4 chassis. The contract covers supply of the chassis and cleaning equipment, complete installation of the equipment, testing, and delivery of the assembled, operational vehicle to the Gérardmer Hautes Vosges Water Authority. There is one lot, and delivery must take no more than 52 weeks from contract award; any shorter period offered becomes contractually binding. Bids must be submitted electronically in French by 2 November 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid for 120 days. Evaluation awards 50 points for technical merit, 40 for price and 10 for delivery time. The base bid is mandatory. An alternative may be offered for a used vehicle less than two years old with fewer than 1,000 operating hours; bidders may also submit one alternative for a new vehicle if it offers better cost and/or quality. Bidders must demonstrate financial, technical and professional capacity and submit the required application and offer documents.
