Supply of public lighting equipment

Summary

The contract is a framework agreement for supplying public lighting equipment in the Bourges area, with orders issued as needed. Its seven separate lots cover domed and flat LED luminaires for urban streets; conventional LED road lights; decorative LED lanterns for heritage and architecturally distinctive areas; luminaires compatible with needle poles; LED floodlights for sports facilities; LED lamps to replace high-pressure sodium sources in existing fittings; and control gear for LED luminaires. The planned term is 48 months from 4 March 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 16:00. A fully compliant base offer is mandatory. Up to three variants may be submitted for lots 1–4; variants are not permitted for lots 5–7. Each lot is evaluated separately on technical merit, aesthetic and functional quality where applicable, environmental performance, and price. Bidders must provide turnover information and references for their main services during the last three years.
