Maintenance of heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as water-quality services for buildings in the municipality of La Valette-du-Var. It is divided into four lots, each resulting in a separate contract: maintenance and operation of heating, hot-water production and water softeners (EUR 150,000); maintenance and operation of air-conditioning and ventilation systems (EUR 90,000); detection of Legionella pneumophila in hot-water distribution systems and lead in drinking-water networks (EUR 20,000); and preventive and remedial treatment of Legionella pneumophila in hot-water systems (EUR 70,000). The estimated total value is EUR 330,000. The initial contract term is one year from award, with up to three renewals and a maximum total term of four years. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 3 November 2026. Evaluation weights are 50% for technical quality, 10% for sustainability in contract performance and 40% for price. A site visit is strongly recommended; visits are scheduled for 7, 14, 21 and 28 October 2026 at 9:00. Bids and other documents must be in French.
