Maintenance and minor electrical works in municipal buildings

Summary

The contract covers maintenance, repair and minor alteration works to strong-current and low-current electrical installations and connections in the municipal buildings of Thonon-les-Bains, including the supply and installation of equipment. Work includes scheduled maintenance and repairs, bringing electrical installations into compliance, and urgent fault response with on-call cover in the evenings, at night and at weekends. The contractor must respond within one hour during normal working hours and within one hour and 30 minutes outside those hours. This is a two-year framework agreement with orders placed as needs arise, subject to a maximum value of EUR 400,000 excluding VAT. Work is ordered at unit prices; repair or compliance-upgrade work estimated at EUR 8,000 excluding VAT or more may be put out to competition separately. The bid must include the price schedules and a technical proposal covering, among other matters, the team, work in occupied buildings, emergency response, route optimisation, vehicles and remote diagnostics. Price carries 50% of the evaluation weight, technical quality 40% and environmental performance 10%. The bid submission deadline is 2 November 2026 at 12:00.
