Maintenance of the vehicle fleet and mechanical equipment

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of the vehicle fleet and mechanical equipment in two lots. Lot 1 covers servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of green-waste shredders and screens. Lot 2 covers maintenance of roller compactors installed at waste collection centres. Bidders may submit tenders for both lots. The contract is a framework agreement with one contractor. It is initially for 48 months from 1 January 2027 and may be renewed up to three times for 12 months each. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 2 November 2026. The award criteria are technical merit (50%), environmental performance (10%) and price (40%). Electronic invoicing is required, and variant tenders are not permitted.
