Maintenance of lifting equipment

Summary

The tender covers preventive and corrective maintenance of lifts and other lifting equipment across six lots for the Rhône Nord Beaujolais Dombes hospital group, including hospitals and associated sites in Villefranche, Tarare, Trévoux, Belleville and Beaujeu, Saint-Cyr-au-Mont-d’Or, and the Beaujolais Vert area. Lot 1 also includes two escalators. The contract period is 48 months, with services scheduled to start on 1 January 2027. The work includes periodic inspection and cleaning, repairs and replacement of parts worn through normal use, breakdown response, attendance at statutory technical inspections, maintenance records and user support. The interval between lift maintenance visits must not exceed six weeks. For a breakdown, a technician must arrive within two hours, around the clock; the deadline to release people trapped in a lift is one hour. Equipment must be restored to working order within eight working hours, including the response time. Escalators in Lot 1 require maintenance every six weeks, every six months and annually. Bids may be submitted electronically for one or more lots. Each bid must include the financial schedule fully completed in the prescribed Excel format, the supplier information form and the technical response framework. Evaluation weights are 50% for technical quality, 40% for price and 10% for sustainability and social responsibility. The submission deadline is 2 November 2026 at 12:00; bids remain valid for 180 days.
